Before beginning an exercise program, make sure you check with your health care provider or doctor.
The YMCA Arthritis Foundation has an aquatic exercise program for people suffering from arthritis. This program was developed in conjunction with the Arthritis Foundation. Check your local YMCA or health club for their arthritis aquatics program schedule. A great, fun way to exercise and easy on the joints!
